Random Act of Kindness
When you carry out acts of kindness you get a wonderful feeling inside. It is as though something inside your body responds and says, yes, this is how I ought to feel. Nikita Wong. Wongy. Wongkie. Wongkitongkie. Ms. Wong. Nikita. Whatever name you know me by. This is my ranting and rambling on the memoirs of the olden days, the excitement of the present days, and the anticipation of the future. This is me, uncensored. |

Laughter
Laughter is the sun that drives winter from the human face. ~Victor Hugo I had two of the best laughs in a while the last two days. Strangely enough, it's not over something terribly funny or anything. One thing I notice is that it's not really about the joke, it's more about the company. You might not know that you have made my day, but I thank you. All smiles and no cry :) Makes Nikita one happy girl.... Labels: Moments March 2003
It was the first time I met Sharon, shortly after I was recruited into AIESEC. She was MCP-e (I barely know AIESEC acronyms at that point of time) and she just got back from Estonia for IPM. It was weeks leading up to NZMS and she was down south with her then-boyfriend-now-husband Alan - one of the senior members in the LC.Being so excited about conference I tried to make sure that everyone is coming. It was no exception to her (Despite of her telling us her cool experience at IPM), I asked if she would come to conference. (Like there is a chance an MC/MCPe dont go to conference?) Yesterday, a reverse-role happened to me. As I said, "Yes, definitely. See you at conference." I remembered that day four years ago. It's funny how what goes around comes around. Hey, who knows if this girl will be the next MCP in 4 years time? ;) Labels: Moments |

Hi NIKITA,
Nice to know you were elected as MCP NZ. Can't wait to see you in IC 2007.
Salam from Indonesia,
Aidy
that's really nice Nikita... I'm beginning to realise as well that's it the people, not the city, that makes a place special :D
