Commitment

Everyone wants it. No matter what the agreement was. Either it's part-time or full-time. And I'm talking about business here. After experiencing a working life for a while, I came to realise that no matter what the organisation is, in order to move forward they need commitment from its workers. Let alone family, friends , boyfriend/girlfriend. Everyone wants commitment.
