I love New Zealand Conferences' OC! Honestly. Just take a look at this NZLDS Delegates FAQ. These are the people you want for International Congress' CC. Handling so many delegates and demanding MC members, someone got to keep the CC sane.

Yeah that is a big problem for you, not the OC, not the DT. You are responsible to get yourself to the venue. Taxi, hitch hike. its up to you but is at your own expense.
