Welcome, Spring!
Tuesday, October 18, 2005Spring is *finally* here! I just can smell it. I had the best EB Meeting ever yesterday. Why? Because we had it outside the lawn where the sun is shining, the weather is warm, birds are chirping and it looks like everybody is happy despite the stressful exam week ahead. Maybe just for that day. I wonder if the weather will be consistent in the next few weeks. I think I'd really need good weather to help me studying.
Long live Spring
Apart from having EB Meeting we talked about how Nick's parents are away for the next few weeks (Haha.. you know where this going?) and how he's so lonely at home by himself and he is bloody useless at cooking, and he has to eat junk food everyday -which is of course not that good. "What did I tell you about healthy eating , Nicholas?" Based on the ground of healthy eating and needing good food before exam starts, we decided to have a BIIG (Drumroll, please)..... dinner party at Nick's. Yes, we decided to help out our poor lonely lad here, we are going to cook and have dinner at his place. By "WE", I mean *ahem* ... Seetal and Wayne. I'm going to be there to watch, learn and help - although I honestly don't know how much help I could give to these guys in terms of cooking. While Nick, being the useless cook but good cleaner he is - going to clean things up. This would be like an EB bonding activity - one thing that we have not properly had in aaaaaaa..ages!
I am so looking forward to it.

So what you are basically saying, that like all LCPs, your EB is going to do the work while you "co-ordinate" =p (Ying is going to come beat me up for that comment I'm sure =p)
I was talking to Nick a few weeks back and when he mentioned that his parents were going away I instantly said "Partaaaaaay at Nicks!" =p. He mentioned something about not having any good food, and I was like "You should complain about it to Nikita, I'm sure you can score some good Indonesian food!"
He said "Nikita...cook?" then laughed for a few minutes. I was wondering why, but after reading your post I now understand =)
